Our Engineering & Network Support professionals are responsible for:
- Continuously monitoring network performance and quality
- Designing cell site placement to ensure optimal performance
- Engineering/overseeing the construction of new cell sites, and inspecting all cell sites for quality and reliability
- Implementing new features and system enhancements that improve product performance and reliability
- Understanding, controlling and maintaining complicated wireless equipment and software to ensure trouble-free voice and data usage
- Troubleshooting network issues via drive testing and data mining
- Scheduling routine and timely cell site maintenance
