the winner of the 2008 Miss Mississippi Viewers' Choice Text Messaging Contest!

Vance, a 22-year-old graduate of Delta State University with a degree in business and marketing, received a $5,000 scholarship award along with a mobile phone and one year of free service from Cellular South during the live statewide television broadcast of the pageant on June 28 in Vicksburg.
