You agree that you are voluntarily submitting your story to Cellular South and not as part of a contest or promotion of Cellular South.
You understand that all stories submitted by you to Cellular South may or may not be used by Cellular South in advertising or for other purposes by Cellular South, and by submitting your story to Cellular South you expressly agree that Cellular South, its affiliates, agents, successors, and assigns may utilize your name and your story internally, in advertising, or for any other purpose as determined solely in Cellular South's discretion.
You agree that no material produced by Cellular South in connection with the foregoing grant need be submitted to you for approval. Furthermore, you agree that Cellular South shall have the right to attribute any statements in your story (or statements in different words which have substantially the same meaning) to you, which statements are an expression of your personal experience and honest belief, and based on your personal use of Cellular South's products and services.
You agree that Cellular South shall own all material submitted by you produced pursuant to this agreement and may copyright same.
You agree that Cellular South shall have no obligation to utilize any materials or rights granted under this agreement.
You, for yourself and your heirs, successors and assigns, hereby and forever acquits, forgives, releases and discharges Cellular South from any and all causes of action, claims, charges, demands, suits at law, damages, debts, obligations, guarantees, costs, expenses, taxes, and attorney's fees, as well as any and all liabilities of whatever nature, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, in law or in equity, past, present or future, arising out of Cellular South's use of your story or any other material provided by you hereunder.
You expressly warrant and covenant that you will not hereafter assert, file or cause to be filed, any further claim, cross-claim, counterclaim, third-party complaint, cause of action, arbitration, proceeding or lawsuit against Cellular South in any way related to, connected with, or arising from this agreement or Cellular South's use of your stories.
You specifically acknowledge and agree that you read these terms and conditions and that these terms are fully understood and voluntarily accepted by you.
