Cellular South began its agency search, conducted by SRI, in December. C-K bested finalists Arnold Worldwide and Archer Malmo for the estimated $12 million account. The work, which will include brand positioning, advertising, interactive, promotion and, media planning and buying, is slated to begin immediately.
