Right Field Restaurant to open with Mississippi Braves
JACKSON, Miss. - (April 13, 2005) – The Mississippi Braves announce that the Cellular South Café, one of the biggest attractions at Trustmark Park, will hold its Grand Opening on Monday, April 18 as the Braves take the field for the first time.
The Cellular South Café is a full-service free-standing restaurant that looks out over Trustmark Park from above the right field wall. The menu features many fan favorites including hot wings, chicken strips, and a variety of beverages for kids and adults.
"We're thrilled the Mississippi Braves inaugural season is here and we're especially proud to be sponsoring the opening week and the Cellular South Café, the year round full service restaurant at Trustmark Park," said Jim Richmond, Cellular South's Director of Corporate Sales. The open-air restaurant (weather-permitting) holds close to 200 people and features a covered patio in front where fans can enjoy meals just a few feet from the playing field.
