The new cellularsouth.com store at the Renaissance Mall at Colony Park in Ridgeland, Miss. is designed to provide customers with a "walk through the web" experience by physically replicating the company's cellularsouth.com website. With 23 knowledgeable tech-experts on staff, the 4,000-square-foot store will serve as a valuable tool in helping wireless users become familiar with the website's cutting-edge online retail process. Employees will guide consumers through the store to self-serve at one of the 28 in-store computers, which serve as a primary tool for browsing and placing orders. In addition, all displays will be positioned on wheels so the store's layout can be altered to reflect navigational changes on the website.
